My Practice:

Change can be difficult for many people but wanting to feel different
is a start. I believe that change is possible and that people can find
and live up to their fullest potential. I believe that providing a
non-judgmental, supportive environment for clients to fully express
and explore their feelings, thoughts, and struggles is essential.
​
My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology from Angelo State University, and my Master's degree is in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor Supervisor by the state of Texas, license #65708.  I have lived in the Dallas area for the past 23 years and love spending time with my two daughters.
